1060 Carbon Steel Tube 60# steel is a sub-concentric steel, with high strength, hardness and elasticity, low plasticity during cold deformation, poor machinability, poor welding and hardenability, water quenching has a tendency to produce cracks, and large parts are mostly normalized.
